I have taken my 2 oldest children to this offcie and was very impressed at how friendly the staff is, along with how comfortable they make my children. I just went for my own check up and I could not have been more comfortable. I highly recommend this dentist for those who wish to have any work done in a professional, friendly environment. Dr. Hackley's staff is quite impressive, as is the offcie itself. Doctor Hackley is truly a dentist who is ahead of her profession.

Patient Review 3:
I was very disappointed in the services I received from Dr. Hackley. She provided 3 procedures and only 1 was done satisfactory. She never apologized for her mistakes or of her staffs.' She acted very arrogant about her crown work in comparison to my other existing crown. Meanwhile I experienced discomfort because she and her staff never properly cemented the crown. She botched a simple replacement of a filling for a front tooth. In her effort to correct her mistake she reshaped my tooth, then to correct that she filed my tooth and created a noticeable space and difference from the matching tooth. Again, she never apologized or admitted her mistake, nor offered a remedy to fix it. As a result I became very self consciences about my smile.Her office decoration includes the quote - A smile is the same in any language. Not if she ruins your smile with her bad dental work.I would never, never, never recommend her!!!

This was a GREAT dental experience. The staff makes me feel like family. My teeth had horrible veeners on them since I was 8. Dr. Hackely replaced them and they make me look like a super star. I feel very comfortable going to her office, and would recommend her to all of my friends. Infact, I did!!

I have never been to a medical office with such helpful and pleasant staff. Her hygienist did the best cleaning I have had. They're costs are reasonable or in line with the market.

The Doctor was great - but her technician was sloppy. Left too much cement on a temporary crown, and I was in pain for five days, and I had to go back.

The facilities are pleasant, but the treatment was a bit rough. The doctor seemed less than attentive, and the hygenist seemed more in chage of my actual treatment. Like many dentists, I was casually being charged thousands of dollars with minimal explanation of the treatments and then it was my decision whether to continue or not.

Dr. Hackley is probably a capable dentist, but I think she schedules appointments too close together causing her to become hopelessly behind and then rushing through her examination. I had alot of pain associated with a root canal I needed and for two visits she told me to wait and see if the pain went away and come back later - I think just to lighten her load for the day. During one visit - she was screaming at staff not to bring any other patients back for their appointements and when I was brought back by a staff member, she yelled at me stating that I would not be examined for at least an hour. When I stated I could not wait that long she did examine me - but it was rushed.I am not fully confident in the work done by Dr. Hackley and still am experiencing discomfort in the teeth that she worked on. I also was not told for several visits that I had overpaid on my account and when I was told, I had difficulty recovering the amount of overpayment.In summary, nice office not professionally run, great location, nice but stressed out dentist and nice staff - possibly not enough of them. Because I don't feel fully confident in the dentistry or the administration of the practice, I am switching dentists.
