This patient had missing lower teeth and loss of bone due to resorption. Patient wanted implants for fixed bridge but bone was inadequate. A Bone graft was done to augment to proper dimensions.

Following bone grafting, three dental implants were placed and restored with crowns. Note the proper gum tissue dimension and natural appearance of the crowns.
