Patient presented with a narrow upper arch and crowding of the teeth (both upper and lower).
After
Patient was treated with a palatal expander and braces. The widening of the upper jaw gave the patient a very broad smile and created space for all the teeth. No teeth were removed. Total length of orthodontic treatment was 18 months.
