Patient presented with a severe skeletal problem of having a narrow upper jaw, prominent lower jaw and an open bite of 10mm (space between the upper and lower front teeth). Patient had been suffering from frequent headaches and inefficiency to chew.

Patient had 24 months of orthodontic treatment in combination with jaw surgery to correct the underlying skeletal imbalance. Picture was taken the day that the braces came off.
