Patient presented with a severe open bite and a narrow upper jaw, suffered from frequent headaches and complained about her bite and the inability to bite with the front teeth.

Patient was treated with full upper and lower braces combined with jaw surgery to close the open bite and address her TMJ symptoms. Total length of treatment was 24 months.
