Practice Information
Dr. Allen S Garai is an orthodontic specialist who offers several options of " invisible orthodontics." A member of the American Lingual Association, he is one of a select few specialist trained in lingual orthodontics. Lingual braces are the only nonvisible form of fixed appliances. These brackets are custom-made and placed behind the teeth. He is also certified in Invisalign, a series of clear, removable aligners that gradually move the teeth. Dr. Garai was included by the Consumers Research Council of America in their "Guide to America's Top Dentist" and has been selected by several Washington area publications as one of the top orthodontists in the metropolitian DC area for his work with both adult and children.

My son absolutely loves going there and looks forward to going. The employees are just awesome - they are extremely nice and expain everything on his level and on my level so we know exactly whats going on. Awesome!

Myself and my daughter are paitients of Dr. Garai's. Not only is Dr. Garai one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with, he is the nicest, most sincere individual I have ever met as well. He has also surrounded himself with an amazing staff who are equally as nice and sincere. Working in a school I hear stories about every doctor's visit from pets to adults and I have never heard anyone rave as much as they do about their visits to Dr. Garai.

Dr. Garai and the entire staff are very nice and very good. As an adult patient, I never felt self conscious or out of place. The office is state of the art. They were very flexible as far as billing goes. I was very pleased with the results of my treatment.

Three of my kids have been treated by Dr. Garai . We have been extremely happy with the results and highly recommend his office. His office is fun and the staff are wonderful.
