Just had my lingual braces removed last month. I did alot of research before going to dr. Garai's office. Dr. Garai has been voted as the top lingual orthodontist in washington area by other dentist and also was named best orthodontist by five othe publications in the area. The experience has been superb. Dr. Garai and his staff are great. I highly recommend lingual braces at Dr. Garai's office. Thank you for giving me a great smile.

I completed my treatment with Dr. Garai less than a year ago and I am very satisfied with the results as well as the experience as a whole. Dr. Garai and his staff were always willing to answer any questions I had and were always courteous and helpful in doing so. The treatment was very effective and keeping the results from treatment has been easy as well with the permanent retainer I had put in my bottom teeth which is completely unnoticeable. Dr. Garai himself was very professional and always helpful in every stage of the treatment. Dr. Garai does magic with "Lingual Braces", these are braces he place behind your teeth so they are 100% non-visible. He treated my top teeth with invisalign and lowers with lingual braces. As an overconcerned mother and wife of a physician I started by doing my research and asked neighbors and freinds about orthodontists. I took my son to three orthodontists before seeing Dr. garai.
