I was introduced to Dr. Kossak by a colleague of mine after severe problems as a result of bad surgery and teeth treatment by my prevoius dentist. He dedicated all his time and knowledge to save what was left from the previous "professional" and it's a pity I did not meet him earliear. He is an exceptional perfectionist in everything he does and I highly recommend him to everyone who has periodontal issues. And with his smile and gently touch he gives you such a comfort that you want to come back again. His staff is also excellent, especially his assistant Tatiana, that you can fully trust them and be confident in what they recommend to you. It was a real good luck that I met him, otherwise I would have lost all my teeth. Everything is perfect in this office and I wish them good luck and success in the years to come. They deserve it! I highly recommend Dr. Kossak. When I began with him many years ago, my teeth were actually loose in my mouth due to bad genes and childbearing. Dr. Kossak did deep cleaning of pockets and some gum grafts, and gradually my periodontal disease disappeared. He communicates clearly and strongly the maintenance care he wants me to perform, as well as any treatment he feels is necessary. Dr. Kossak is down to earth, forthright, attuned to his patients, and fun.

About Hygienist: Louise is the gold standard of dental hygenists. She cleans so thoroughly and without any pain. Compared with her, the cleaning at my regular dental office is a waste of time. On top of all that, she is so nice and encouraging.

I have had a number of different periodontal treatments from Dr. Kossak over the years and all have been performed promptly, efficiently and successfully. He has been helpful in drawing my attention to broader dental problems that otherwise might have gone unattended. He has a pleasant, approachable personality that is reflected in an exceptionally cheerful and helpful staff.

Some of the quality parameters asked for are difficult to answer. My impression is that his fees are about average, but I do not have sufficient comparative data. His facilities are adequate to the purpose without being luxurious.

Not out to get you monetarily. Minimum pain, maximum affability. Personable chair-side manner. Takes a personal interest in patient's overall well being. Billing procedures are fast and efficient, fair, honest, and above board. Front desk staff is courteous, friendly, and welcoming.

About Hygienist: If Louise were a car, she'd be a Rolls-Royce. Teeth cleaning with her is the closest thing to a trip to the Riviera. Cleans teeth like Las Vegas cleans wallets. The queen of dental hygienists and a sweet woman.
