Dr. Ngo is NUMERO UNO in my book!

He worked out a treatment plan that was consistent with my goals.

Dr. Ngo is an exceptionally gifted and talented dentist.

He is kind, gentle, patient & methodical.

Dr. Ngo has taken many impressions and made night guards as well as temporary dentures for me.

He has spent numerous hours working toward the final outcome.

He is always tweeking The Plan. The quality of his work is top notch. Dr. Ngo made it possible for me to have one of the top dental surgeons in the DC area to perform ridge augmentations, sinus lifts, bone grafts as well as place 2 dental implants as part of the work to be done, (as I still have a way to go). Dr. Ngo is very professional & compassionate as is the staff.

Kudos to all.

I've had one teeth cleaning, a bleaching treatment, and two crowns. I am very pleased with all visits and outcomes. Dr Ngo is very capable and pleasant, as are the rest of the staff. The cost is much less than my old dentist. However, the office layout and equipment used is the most modern I've seen. Dr Ngo goes out of his way to explain procedures and costs up front. He is extremely thorough and quite a perfectionist. He worked on my crowns until they were a perfect fit. They feel no different from my old molars.

About Hygienist: I've had one cleaning done by Suzi. She is very thorough and gentle. The whole experience was terrific.

I've been to a few dental practices, but this office far exceeded my expectations. The staff and doctors are both knowledgeable and helpful. I was fully informed prior to my procedure of what it entails and how much it will cost. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ngo and underwent conscious sedation. It was definitely an interesting experience. I was awake, but relaxed at the same time and an hour and a half felt like 15 minutes. There were no complications with the procedure, and I experienced very minimal pain and swelling afterwards. Even though having your teeth pulled is not fun by any means, it was an overall pleasant experience.

I recently became a new patient at the dental office of Dr. Cocolis and Dr. Ngo through a referral from a family member. For years I have had a fear of going to the dentist because Ive had bad experiences in the past. I was quite pleasantly surprised with my first visit, where Dr. Ngo did a general exam and cleaning on me. In the past I have always felt anxious even before getting into the chair, but Dr. Ngo made me feel at ease. He informed me that I have periodontal disease along with some other issues that needed to be taken care of, and then provided me with several treatment options that were available to me. He was accommodating throughout the visit, and made sure that I understood everything that he was doing and that I felt comfortable at the same time. Since that initial visit, I have had another procedure done at the office. A few weeks ago, I had three of my teeth removed. I was asleep throughout the procedure and when I woke up, it was all done. I never felt any pain or discomfort throughout the procedure and felt very confident that I was in good hands. The swelling was barely noticeable and I never experienced any pain. By the third day, I was able to eat normally again. I had a bone graft on one of my tooth and Dr. Ngo made sure to remind me to take proper care of it. I am very glad that I found a dental office where the staff is so friendly and caring and the service is exceptional.

I went to see Dr. Ngo for an emergency treatment due to complications with my wisdom tooth. He was very informative, gave me more options of treatment and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. He never pressured me into any decision, explained me everything in detail and answered all my questions very patiently.

I decided to have two of my wisdom teeth pulled out. I was very anxious about the procedure but Dr. Ngo made me feel very relaxed and comfortable.

The dental work was very gentle and virtually pain free and I had absolutely no complications following the procedure.

Dr. Ngo is an excellent dentist and I would give him the highest recommendations.

An absolutely amazing dental practice. I'm pretty phobic about having work done, and I do have some particular issues that stress me out. Dr. Ngo performed an initial office consultation, outlining a care plan that addressed my therapeutics and anxiety relieving procedures. Further, it was obvious that some level of discussion happened with the whole staff, all of whom worked very hard to make me feel at ease and comfortable.

I have a fair amount of trouble simply visiting the office, I'm almost nuts when I have to get in the chair, and I'm freaking out when they start working in my mouth.

They knew exactly what to do, and worked as a team to make me feel more comfortable.

The team approach to my care was throughout the office, from the front desk staff to the hygienist, to the dentist, everyone.

My insurance has been giving me trouble (Dominion Dental) with the claims, so that is why there is a cost hit in the above rating. Not the office's fault (who did help me with the out of network paperwork). However, given the level of care this is money well spent. I am recommending Dr. Ngo's and Dr. Cocolis' practice to everyone I know who is even the slightest bit nervous about a trip to the dentist.

I, as many others, have a serious anxiety about dental work. Let's be honest, no likes to be without speech,especially with a drill in your mouth.

However, if any dentist can offer you more comfort than Dr.Ngo, I welcome the challenge. He is very patient, gentle, and informative as he proceeds. If at anytime you feel discomfort, he ceases immediately and looks for alternative avenues.

He definitely accomplishes the mission, though gentle, he is very thorough. I feel blessed to have found him randomly through my insurance listing and would highly recommend him. As well, his assistant Ell (sweet and kind)

In addition, the team at the office is super helpful with insurance, making appointments, payment, and organizing.

The best of an uncomfortable experience. Thank-You Dr. Ngo and team

Dr. Ngo made me feel very comfortable and was always informative in the procedure he was going to perform. He was very easy going and I was never nervous or anxious throughout the multiple procedures that I've had with him. He made me feel assured that everything will go as planned and I was well taken care of. I would recommend Dr. Ngo to anyone who is looking for an easy going, skilled, and fun doctor.

Overall the office with Dr.Cocolis and Dr.Ngo provided a very personalized service. They made you feel welcomed and comfortable and not a teeth factory. Everything was done in a professional yet very enjoyable manner.

About Hygienist: Suzi was a great hygienist. She was very gentle and thorough in your cleaning. I walked out of the office feeling refreshed and looking forward to the next cleaning.

Dr. Ngo performed my initial exam, replaced three fillings and extracted two wisdom teeth. During each visit, Dr. Ngo was friendly and pleasant. He answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed or talked down to. Each procedure went well, but I was especially pleased with the extraction of my top wisdom teeth -- minimal pain and swelling, no bruising, no complications. I've recommended Dr. Ngo to two friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others in the future.

Dr. Ngo, Dr Cocolis' associate, is also an excellent dentist. I recently moved to Virginia from the west coast, and I thought I would never be able to find someone to favorably compare with the family dentist we had at Berkeley.

Not only does Dr Ngo compare, but his initial exam was more thorough and informative than any dentist I have ever visited. He is well versed with the latest techniques in restoring a beautiful, healthy smile.

After explaining all my options, he quickly repaired my cracked molar with a sure hand. I am completely comfortable with putting my dental needs into his capable hands.
