Patient presented with severe crowding (insufficient space and overlapping of all the permanent teeth) due to a small size upper and lower jaws.
After
Patient was treated with full upper and lower braces and had to have four permanent teeth removed to create space and be able to align the remaining teeth. Total lenght of treatment in braces was 22 months.
