On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Joel Sendroff a 10, maybe even an 11. In my earlier Washington years, I went to a relatively inexpensive but incompetent dentist, thanks to whom I lost a tooth. After that grim experience, a friend introduced me to Joel, and I have been delighted ever since with him and his office staff.
